Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager /
Business Development Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in Project. The ideal
candidate will have an established network with architects and interior designers and possess a
deep understanding of selling premium products. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in sales.

Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Client Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our premium product line and effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management. Track and evaluate sales performance against targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the premium products sector. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Network: Strong existing network with architects, interior designers, and industry professionals.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of premium products and their applications. Ability to understand and communicate complex product details effectively.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education: Bachelorβs degree or above.

Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
