Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Generate business through dealers, distributors and retail counters.
• Identify new channel partners and expand outlet coverage.
• Support market penetration and secondary sales growth.
Dealer / Distributor Management
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and retailers.
• Ensure order booking, stock movement and timely collections.
• Track scheme implementation, claims and sell-through performance.
• Manage stockists and ensure adequate inventory availability.
Market Execution & Visibility
• Execute in-shop branding, displays, product visibility and retail activations.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Territory Operations & Reporting
• Maintain customer database and visit plan / beat plan.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Track sales performance, market gaps and channel performance metrics.
• Support local promotional and trade engagement activities.
Customer & Relationship Management
• Build strong relations with key trade partners and influencers.
• Handle queries, service escalation and ensure customer satisfaction.
